Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1996

Greg Conkling began his career in Real Estate in 1996 by forming his own Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm along with starting the first of many Land Development projects. For the next 11 years Conkling either brokered, constructed or developed in excess of $200,000,000 worth of real estate in Northeast Indiana. Specialty's included developing shopping centers, office parks and mixed use communities. Greg's company actually developed Fort Wayne's first mixed use community consisting of Office, Multi-Family, Recreational/Retail and Residential in 1999. Recognizing the need for an affiliation with a worldwide reaching organization, Conkling joined NAI Harding Dahm in 2007.

Currently Greg focuses his real estate business on Land sales, Commercial Real Estate Development (mixed use) and general brokerage.

Greg Conkling was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN, is married and has 3 wonderful boys. Hobbies included Golf, fishing, traveling and tending to his childrens travel hockey regimen.
